Associate/Student Membership

Associate Membership is available to individuals having an interest in the activity profession, but who are not eligible for Active Membership. Examples are health care aides, volunteers, administration, and students.

Associate Members benefit from the following:

• Receive reduced fees at conventions and workshops
• Receive newsletter four times per year
• Receive "Activity Awareness Week" package
• Eligible to participate in Activity and Mentor of the Year awards

* Students: Please note that in order to qualify for associate membership with APO, you should include with your membership application proof of full-time studies at a recognized college or university.  When registering through our website, please e-mail or fax this document to us.  Thank you.

Reminder: The APO membership year runs from April 1 of the current year to March 31 of the following year.
